Morgan McKinley is seeking an accomplished SAP Data Lead (SuccessFactors) to take the helm on a critical data transformation project. This is a 12-month contract based in the Central Region, offering a fantastic opportunity to drive the data strategy for a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
As the SAP Data Lead, you will be the linchpin of the data workstream, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of HR master data. You will lead a dedicated team of data analysts and migration specialists, providing technical direction and strategic oversight. Your role is critical: you will ensure that data is accurately and securely migrated from legacy HR systems to the new cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors platform. You will work hand-in-hand with HR process owners, IT architects, and external implementation partners to define data standards, design data models, and establish governance frameworks.
The goal is seamless business continuity. You will be tasked with de-risking the migration through meticulous data quality controls, rigorous testing cycles, and stakeholder alignment. We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines deep technical expertise with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders. Your deep passion for data architecture and a proven track record in SAP HCM transformation will be invaluable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and lead the overall data strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the SAP SuccessFactors program.
- Manage complex data migration projects including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance policies, data lineage, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data models align with business processes.
- Drive data migration testing cycles including dry runs, mock loads, and cutover rehearsals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular status updates and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPA) and corporate security policies throughout the data lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Data Management and Data Migration.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on data migration.
- Expert knowledge of SAP HCM data models (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time, and Payroll).
- Hands-on proficiency with migration tools such as SAP Data Services, BODS, Syniti, or LSMW.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management (MDM) concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (e.g., Data Migration) is highly preferred.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
