Mindteck is currently seeking a highly skilled and seasoned SAP EHS Functional Expert to join our project team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) modules within complex S/4HANA environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust SAP solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-cycle implementation of SAP EHS modules within S/4HANA environments, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize SAP EHS components, including Product Safety, Hazardous Substance Management, Dangerous Goods, and Industrial Hygiene.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom development and system integrations.
- Conduct comprehensive workshops and training sessions for business users to ensure high adoption rates of the EHS solution.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and implement system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT) and resolve functional defects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide expert-level support for data migration activities and cutover strategies.
Kualifikasi
- 8–10 years of intensive, hands-on experience in SAP EHS functional consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations specifically focused on EHS modules.
- Strong background in SAP Environment, Health, and Safety business processes and relevant regulatory compliance standards.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex business needs and SAP technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant SAP EHS certification is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
