Mindteck is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented SAP EHS Functional Expert to join our growing team in Penang. This is a high-impact contract role designed for a professional with deep expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) modules within the SAP ecosystem.
As a core member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of EHS solutions, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA environments. We are looking for a specialist who understands the complexities of regulatory compliance, product safety, and risk management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EHS modules in an S/4HANA environment.
- Conduct deep-dive business process workshops to identify gaps and define functional specifications.
- Manage core EHS functions including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, and Industrial Hygiene.
- Configure and manage Waste Management and Occupational Health modules to ensure global compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration of EHS processes.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Provide expert-level post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- 8–10 years of dedicated SAP EHS functional experience with a core focus on EHS modules.
- Proven hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Strong expertise in EHS Master Data management and specification databases.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex configurations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business leadership.
