You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, drive process optimization, and mentor junior consultants to ensure operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for global clients.
- Conduct business process workshops to identify gaps and map functional requirements to SAP best practices.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for execution.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot complex system issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage project documentation, including process maps, blueprint documents, and training manuals.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants on SAP EWM best practices and methodology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and project implementation.
- Proven track record in S/4HANA EWM environments, including Decentralized EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and material flow control.
- Experience with integration points between EWM and SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
