In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our business operations and technical architecture, ensuring our financial processes are streamlined, compliant, and highly efficient.
As part of our digital transformation journey, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions that drive innovation across our conglomerate. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation and deployment of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP processes, identifying gaps and designing functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO settings to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Provide expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for live systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to create custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare comprehensive documentation for system processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes within the SAP environment.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA updates and suggest improvements for system optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
- Proven track record in at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
- Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like SD and MM.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in SAP FI/CO is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
