Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP FI/CO modules to align with business requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including testing, documentation, and user training
- Analyze financial processes and recommend optimization strategies for efficiency gains
- Provide ongoing support for system integrations, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP BEx/BO tools for decision support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and implement best practices in financial management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; SAP certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and integration with SD/MM/HR modules
- Experience with financial reporting tools (BEx/BO, Crystal Reports)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in hybrid environments
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and training
