Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and implement SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to map finance processes to SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, and PP consultants, to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Develop and deliver user training documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to optimize financial reporting and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAP certification (S/4HANA Finance) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
