Are you an expert in SAP FICO looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced retail environment? Satellite Office is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team as we drive innovation within our $500+ million retail ecosystem. We are currently live on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, utilizing a green-field implementation that offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge finance modules.
In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will be the technical cornerstone for our financial operations. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, ensuring the integrity of our financial processes, reporting, and cloud infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting) within the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by translating complex financial business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for the FICO landscape to ensure high availability and data accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders regarding system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, business processes, and user training manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules (SD, MM, PP).
- Provide expert-level support for month-end and year-end closing activities within the SAP environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, specifically with S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven track record of managing green-field SAP implementations or large-scale transformation projects.
- Deep expertise in Public Cloud architecture and SAP Best Practices.
- Strong understanding of retail industry financial workflows and cross-modular dependencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
