Are you an experienced SAP FICO Consultant looking for a high-impact role? Consulting Access Limited is currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Pasay City for a pivotal SAP S/4HANA finance transformation project. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical technical initiatives, including ECC to S/4HANA upgrades, complex system configurations, and seamless data migration activities.
As a key member of our project team, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that our client's financial processes are optimized for the digital age. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the end-to-end configuration of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing) modules.
- Drive the migration process from legacy SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and minimal operational disruption.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ABAP developers and technical architects, to design custom solutions and reports.
- Manage system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and provide hyper-care support post-deployment.
- Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial process re-engineering.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and user training manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven track record of at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration project.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion methodologies and tools (e.g., SAP Readiness Check, Fiori).
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and integrated business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
