Clarks is seeking a highly skilled and strategic SAP FICO Lead to join our dynamic technology team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to drive operational excellence across our global business units.
In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical solutions. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior consultants, and ensure that our financial systems are fully integrated, scalable, and compliant with international standards. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA who is eager to take ownership of end-to-end financial system landscapes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation and deployment of SAP FICO modules.
- Translate complex business financial requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FI/CO settings to meet regional and global reporting standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, and PP, to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex system issues.
- Provide expert-level support and training to business users and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting or lead roles.
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Element Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification in SAP FI/CO is highly preferred.
