- Lead and manage full life-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
- Conduct detailed business requirements gathering and analysis to design optimal SAP FICO solutions for clients.
- Configure SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, Project Systems) to meet business needs.
- Drive integration efforts between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports, working closely with technical teams.
- Provide expert advice and best practices on SAP FICO functionalities, process improvements, and S/4HANA migration strategies.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide comprehensive post-implementation support and optimization.
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and technical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in SAP FICO consulting, with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing core SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, PS).
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversion projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead project tasks effectively.
- SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification(s) will be a significant advantage.
