Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and global rollout projects
- Configure and customize FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
- Develop financial reporting structures and internal controls
- Integrate SAP FICO with SD, MM, and other SAP modules
- Document business processes and provide user training
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Proven expertise in global SAP rollouts and integration projects
- Advanced knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modules
- Experience with business process re-engineering and documentation
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting or Controlling preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, matrixed teams
