Join Century Pacific Food as a pivotal SAP Global Process Owner driving strategic transformation in procurement and inventory management. This senior leadership role will lead end-to-end design and optimization of Source-to-Pay processes within our global SAP ERP program. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement industry best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure seamless integration between procurement, inventory, and finance systems. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, mitigate supply chain risks, and establish scalable processes that align with our growth objectives in the food manufacturing sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and transformation of global procurement and inventory processes (Source-to-Pay) within SAP ERP framework
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to align procurement workflows with business objectives and SAP functionality
- Develop process documentation, standards, and governance frameworks for procurement and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and risk mitigation in supply chain operations
- Overchange SAP module implementations (MM, SRM, IM) and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Manage stakeholder relationships across global locations and provide regular transformation progress reporting
- Lead change management activities and training programs for process adoption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in procurement/inventory management with 3+ years as SAP Process Owner
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA procurement modules (MM, SRM) and inventory management (IM)
- Proven track record in end-to-end process transformation within ERP implementations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with cross-functional project management and stakeholder leadership
- Professional certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, CIPS, CPIM) highly desirable
