We are seeking a visionary leader to join us as the SAP Global Process Owner (GPO) for Production & QA (Demand to Supply).
In this critical role, you will own the blueprint for our end-to-end production and quality processes. You will define the global standards, ensure process harmonization across multiple manufacturing sites, and govern compliance with best practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in successfully transitioning our supply chain operations onto a unified global platform.
You will act as the voice of the business, translating complex operational requirements into clear technical specifications for the implementation teams. This involves deep collaboration with regional Plant Directors, Quality Heads, and Supply Chain leaders to capture their unique needs while advocating for global process standardization. Success in this role requires a unique blend of deep SAP PP and QM knowledge, extensive supply chain expertise, and outstanding executive presence. You will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, drive consensus on process design decisions, and champion digital adoption across the organization.

- Define and own the global end-to-end process blueprint for Production and Quality Assurance (Demand to Supply) for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Standardize and harmonize production and quality processes across all manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with global best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders and plant directors to capture requirements, identify pain points, and drive process improvements.
- Act as the strategic link between business process owners and the technical SAP implementation teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and system configurations.
- Govern process compliance, manage deviations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives post-go-live.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, training decks, and process flow diagrams.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support global adoption of the new processes.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the process transformation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, with at least 5 years specifically as a Process Owner or Senior Functional Consultant in SAP PP/QM.
- Deep expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, including integration with MM, SD, and WM/EWM.
- Proven track record of leading or playing a key role in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Demand-to-Supply processes in the FMCG, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships across different geographies.
- Experience in managing large-scale change management initiatives and driving user adoption.
- Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid setup in our Ortigas office, Metro Manila.
