Century Pacific Food is seeking a strategic and results-oriented SAP Global Process Owner (GPO) for Sales (Quote-to-Cash) to join our dynamic team in Ortigas. As a key leader in our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and optimizing the end-to-end commercial process architecture. From initial price configuration and order capture to final invoicing and collection management, you will ensure our SAP ecosystem supports our global growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes, improve data integrity, and drive operational excellence across our sales and distribution landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and own the global end-to-end strategy for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process within SAP.
- Lead process standardization initiatives to ensure consistency and efficiency across global business units.
- Act as the primary bridge between business process owners and IT technical teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for sales operations, invoicing, and collections, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Oversee change management and training programs to ensure global adoption of new process workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and participate in the selection and implementation of third-party tools integrated with SAP.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal controls throughout the Q2C lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module configuration and process architecture.
- Proven track record as a Process Owner or Lead Consultant in large-scale SAP global implementations.
- Deep expertise in the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including pricing, credit management, order-to-billing, and collections.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP or SAP Certification is highly preferred.
