Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end optimization of global Plan to Delivery (P2D) processes, encompassing warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation logistics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using SAP analytics to identify KPI gaps and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to standardize processes, ensure system compliance, and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for global deployment
- Over SAP system enhancements, configuration changes, and user adoption strategies for logistics modules
- Act as primary liaison between IT teams and business units to align SAP capabilities with operational needs
- Monitor industry trends in logistics technology and recommend innovative solutions for competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred
- 8+ years of SAP implementation/support experience with 5+ years in global process ownership roles
- Expert proficiency in SAP WM, IM, TM, and EWM modules with hands-on S/4HANA migration experience
- Proven track record of optimizing P2D processes in manufacturing or FMCG industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex supply chain data and drive decision-making
- Certified SAP Professional (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Expert) or equivalent industry certification
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple regions
