MSPHitect Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA - Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to drive our project management excellence in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central hub for our Project Management functions, ensuring that all SAP HANA initiatives are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in strict alignment with our business objectives.
As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for establishing robust governance frameworks, monitoring project metrics, and mitigating risks across the organization. You will collaborate closely with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and strategic business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in SAP HANA environments to optimize our Project Management Office operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the SAP HANA project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain robust PMO governance frameworks, reporting standards, and methodologies.
- Monitor project health, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions for identified risks.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, project sponsors, and executive management.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines for complex SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for data integrity, system performance, and security standards.
- Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for PMO-related activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Project Management role, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong technical understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and database administration.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and stakeholder management.
