Join PERSOL as a SAP HR Functional Analyst where you'll drive excellence in human resource systems management. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge SAP HR solutions, supporting critical HR processes across the organization. You'll be instrumental in configuring, testing, and optimizing SAP HR modules to ensure seamless alignment with business requirements. As a key technical partner to HR teams, you'll investigate system complexities, implement change requests, and maintain robust documentation. This position provides hands-on exposure to SAP HR functionalities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative HR technology solutions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen in HR systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and configure SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM) to meet business requirements
- Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance for HR processes
- Develop and maintain training materials for SAP HR end-users
- Investigate and resolve system issues through root cause analysis
- Support implementation of change requests and system enhancements
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams on process optimization
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years experience as SAP HR Functional Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS implementation and change management
- Able to create technical documentation and training materials
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in SAP HR (preferred)
- Understanding of Singapore HR regulations
