Aes Global Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Lead Business Analyst to join our growing technology team in Tai Seng. As a key player in our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will lead the optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, ensuring our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) landscape is robust, efficient, and scalable.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of advanced planning tools, troubleshoot complex configuration issues, and oversee the successful delivery of supply chain initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation and enhancement of SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply, and Response & Supply.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical configurations.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and replenishment strategies.
- Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for existing SAP IBP implementations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and process efficiency.
- Work closely with IT development teams to manage data integrations between SAP S/4HANA and IBP.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a focus on SAP IBP.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP configuration, including master data management and key figure calculations.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP APO is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
