Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Design and configure Integrated Business Planning solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain data and develop strategic planning scenarios.
- Conduct training sessions and provide expert guidance to end-users and junior consultants.
- Ensure data integrity and optimize master data management within the IBP environment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) functional implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA is highly preferred.
- SAP IBP Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of leading project teams and managing client expectations.
