Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled SAP Monitoring and Transport Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in Ayala Alabang. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless transport movements across the SAP development, quality, and production environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the SAP transport management system (TMS) to ensure efficient and error-free code migration across landscapes.
- Perform proactive monitoring of SAP system logs, background jobs, and performance metrics to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transport-related issues, including buffer errors, import failures, and version conflicts.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams to coordinate release schedules and manage system change requests.
- Execute SAP system health checks, identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of transport procedures, system configurations, and incident resolution logs.
- Support SAP system upgrades, patches, and kernel updates as required by business demands.
- Participate in periodic system audits and security compliance reviews to maintain data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration with a focus on Transport Management.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver architecture.
- Deep understanding of SAP change management processes and STMS configuration.
- Proven ability to analyze system performance logs and utilize monitoring tools to optimize SAP environment stability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
- Professional certification in SAP Basis or related SAP technical areas is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
