CGI is seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing manufacturing and production planning processes within SAP environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, customize, and maintain SAP PP solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic business growth.
Your expertise will directly impact our clients' supply chain excellence by configuring production orders, managing material requirements planning (MRP), and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. You'll lead system testing, user training, and post-implementation support while continuously refining processes to meet evolving business needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and customize SAP PP module to optimize production planning and manufacturing processes
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects including blueprinting, testing, and go-live support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions
- Develop and maintain production orders, work centers, routings, and bill of materials (BOM)
- Conduct MRP analysis and resolve capacity planning bottlenecks
- Provide user training and create comprehensive documentation for SAP PP processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production planning issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as SAP PP Functional Consultant with proven implementation track record
- SAP certification in Production Planning (preferred) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP integration with MM, SD, and CO modules
- Experience in manufacturing industries with complex production planning requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
