Goldilocks Bakeshop, the Philippines' premier bakeshop chain, is seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP PP Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the SAP Production Planning (PP) module, ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, configure, and maintain the SAP PP module to align with business processes and objectives.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP PP-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, WM).
- Conduct end-user training and develop comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and new implementations, including testing and validation.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for production planning and control.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in master data, BOMs, routing, and production orders.
- Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation, configuration, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP PP processes including production orders, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business users and IT teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
