Are you an experienced SAP Project Manager looking to drive large-scale digital transformation? Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and mitigating project risks.
- Coordinate with technical teams and SAP functional consultants to ensure business requirements are met effectively.
- Oversee project documentation and quality assurance processes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive organizational change management efforts during SAP rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices for SAP project governance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in Project Management, specifically focusing on SAP implementations (S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP projects for enterprise-level clients.
- Strong knowledge of SAP project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, ASAP).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP-specific project management certifications are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira, MS Project, or SAP Solution Manager.
