- Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple workstreams in FMCG environment
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics
- Implement robust risk mitigation frameworks and governance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to ensure alignment
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables against business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of SAP project management experience in FMCG/retail industry
- Proven track record of managing complex end-to-end implementations
- SAP certification (S/4HANA, MM, SD, or SCM modules)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with risk management frameworks and governance protocols
