Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4 HANA solutions with focus on ABAP development and FICO module configuration
- Lead technical workshops and provide expert guidance to development teams on SAP best practices and coding standards
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for custom ABAP developments
- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with organizational goals
- Document technical designs, code changes, and implementation procedures for knowledge sharing
- Support post-implementation activities including hypercare, bug fixing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming including BADI, BAPI, ALV, and OOP concepts
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules (Finance and Controlling) with configuration experience
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
- Relevant SAP certification(s) in S/4 HANA or ABAP is highly preferred
