Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather functional requirements from key stakeholders, especially within the retail domain.
- Design, configure, and implement robust SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Perform rigorous unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and adherence to business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and support during data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Deliver training to end-users and create detailed documentation for configured solutions and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, and business users.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to the SAP FICO module, providing timely and effective support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant, with strong exposure to full lifecycle implementations.
- Demonstrable expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO, including deep knowledge of key sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA).
- Prior experience working with clients in the Retail Industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and system configurations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
- SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a significant plus.
