Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Drive end-to-end finance transformation projects, including system architecture, blueprinting, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
- Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and training sessions for key finance users.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Central Finance (CFIN) integration.
- Optimize financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system stability post-implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) implementation and support.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations, including the Universal Journal, Material Ledger, and new Asset Accounting.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Prior experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management is a plus.
