We are looking for a skilled SAP SD Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at ShipERP. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be ensuring that client requirements are accurately understood and successfully implemented by coordinating closely with Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) personnel. As an SAP SD Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps in current systems, and proposing solutions that enhance sales and distribution efficiency. You will ensure that all technical implementations meet the specific business needs of our diverse clientele, maintaining high standards of data integrity and user satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for the SAP SD module.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with client goals.
- Work alongside QA teams to ensure all implemented features are thoroughly tested and function as expected.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to clarify project scope and objectives.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations clearly and concisely.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding SAP SD functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Sales and Distribution processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
