We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join Alpha ESS International. In this strategic role, you will take charge of the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, driving the successful implementation and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution modules. You will serve as the technical lead for overseas projects, ensuring seamless cross-border collaboration and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including sales order processing, billing, and shipping.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules to align with specific business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead overseas project implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for users across different regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Sales) to ensure system integrity.
- Analyze business workflows to identify optimization opportunities and improve data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border trade regulations and data security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with a focus on global implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC SD modules.
- Understanding of international logistics, customs, and cross-border trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- SAP certification (e.g., SAP S/4HANA for Sales and Distribution) is highly desirable.
