Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our team in a dynamic hybrid work environment. This role is perfect for a problem-solver who excels in L2/L3 support and has a deep understanding of ECC/AFS environments.
As an SAP SD Consultant, you will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, optimizing sales processes, and providing technical leadership to resolve complex issues. You will bridge the gap between technical ABAP capabilities and functional business requirements, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. We offer a flexible hybrid setup, requiring 3 days of onsite collaboration and 2 days of remote work, fostering a culture of teamwork and work-life balance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level L2/L3 functional and technical support for SAP SD/LE modules.
- Perform deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting to resolve critical production incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
- Utilize ABAP debugging skills to analyze code and support technical configuration changes.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for support tickets and system modifications.
- Proactively monitor system health and optimize SD/LE processes for improved business efficiency.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior team members on best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD/LE Consultant.
- Proven expertise in SAP ECC and AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution) environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in ABAP debugging to trace and resolve complex functional issues.
- Deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution configuration, integration points, and support cycles.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting with high levels of accountability.
