In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our clients' sales and distribution processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical SAP solutions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Configure and maintain SAP SD module settings to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient sales and distribution business processes.
  • Conduct functional requirements gathering, gap analysis, and provide technical design documentation.
  • Support end-to-end testing phases including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide expert-level support for production systems, troubleshooting incidents and delivering prompt resolutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with ABAP developers to create custom solutions, providing clear functional specifications.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP SD module configuration and support.
  • Deep knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process lifecycle.
  • Proven experience with SAP implementation projects, including full-cycle migrations or rollouts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is highly preferred.
