Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SD modules including sales order processing, pricing, shipping, and billing configurations
- Design and deploy SAP CX solutions (Sales/Service Cloud) to enhance customer engagement and digital experiences
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design for SAP transformation projects
- Develop custom SAP ABAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements to meet client-specific requirements
- Conduct UAT, integration testing, and support system cutover activities
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP landscapes
- Document business processes, configuration guides, and user training materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of SAP SD/CX implementation or support experience
- SAP SD certification (preferred) and hands-on experience with SAP CX modules
- Strong ABAP programming skills and SAP module integration expertise
- Experience in full SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in SAP troubleshooting tools and performance optimization techniques
