You will be responsible for configuring SAP SD modules, troubleshooting complex system issues, and ensuring that our clients' sales, pricing, and billing workflows are performing at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP SD module solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including sales orders, pricing, credit management, and billing.
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to translate complex client needs into robust SAP functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FI/CO and MM consultants, to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide comprehensive end-user training and documentation.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement effective performance improvements and patches.
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 production support, resolving critical issues within agreed SLA timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD functional consulting, specifically in global implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of O2C integration points with SAP MM, FI/CO, and LE modules.
- Proven track record in pricing configuration, copy control, rebate processing, and output determination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and presentations.
- SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.
