In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within our SAP ecosystem, specifically focusing on Sales & Distribution, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SD, QM, and WMS modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Manage the Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, including order-to-cash cycle, billing, and pricing procedures.
- Oversee Quality Management (QM) processes, handling material inspections, quality notifications, and control levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to optimize WMS transactions and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Troubleshoot system errors, perform system audits, and ensure high data integrity across modules.
- Provide end-user training and technical support to internal stakeholders regarding SAP functionalities.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, QM, and WMS modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration between QM, WMS, and SD modules within the SAP environment.
- Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business users.
- Must be willing to be based in Serendah, Selangor.
