Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for SAP B1 HANA environment
- Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP B1 HANA modules to align with business requirements
- Train end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and system security
- Stay updated with SAP B1 HANA features, patches, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business One HANA implementation and support
- Strong proficiency in SAP B1 HANA modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Logistics)
- Expert knowledge of SQL queries and database administration principles
- Experience with SAP integration and third-party system connectivity
- Certification in SAP Business One (preferred) or related SAP modules
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to train non-technical users
