Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors expert looking to elevate your career with a leading IT services provider? Action Labs I.T. Services is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering end-to-end HCM solutions for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
As a key member of our SAP practice, you will leverage your deep functional knowledge of the full SuccessFactors suite to architect, implement, and optimize HR processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust system configurations, ensuring that our clients achieve seamless digital transformation in their human capital management strategies.
We are looking for a consultant who is not only technically proficient but also an effective communicator capable of guiding stakeholders through complex implementation lifecycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the full SAP SuccessFactors suite, including Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession, and Onboarding.
- Conduct discovery workshops to gather detailed business requirements and map them to standard SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Configure and customize modules based on client-specific HR policies and global best practices.
- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive documentation.
- Deliver expert-level functional support and troubleshooting for existing SuccessFactors environments.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training for end-users and client HR teams.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate effectively with technical consultants and offshore delivery teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Certified in at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC certification is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and integration points between SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work within a consultative project delivery model.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Experience in reporting tools such as Ad-Hoc Reports and People Analytics is a significant advantage.
