In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module. You will act as a key partner to our HR and business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central objects, including Organization, Job, Position, and Compensation structures.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to analyze requirements and define functional specifications for EC implementation and enhancements.
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution stability and compliance.
- Manage the configuration of Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management modules.
- Maintain system documentation, including process flows, data mappings, and configuration guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for EC-related issues during and post-implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SuccessFactors EC Functional Consultant.
- Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Employee Profile, and Core HR processes.
- Familiarity with integration scenarios (e.g., SuccessFactors to On-Premise SAP or S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of HCM best practices and payroll regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with non-technical audiences.
