- Oversee SAP system implementation and maintenance for production tracking and inventory control
- Monitor compliance with industry standards through SAP module configurations
- Generate and analyze operational reports using SAP Business Intelligence tools
- Lead cross-functional teams in SAP process optimization and troubleshooting
- Coordinate system upgrades and security patches to ensure data integrity
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to align SAP solutions with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years SAP implementation experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and compliance reporting
- Proven experience leading SAP teams through system upgrades
- Certification in SAP Solution Architecture or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SAP BI, Crystal Reports)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
