This contract role, based in the vibrant Central Region of Singapore, offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in optimizing and managing cutting-edge warehouse systems within a global leader in semiconductor technology.
As the SAP Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be the crucial link between warehouse operations and the SAP S/4HANA system. You will take full ownership of inventory accuracy by leading perpetual inventory and cycle count programs. A key responsibility involves designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies for system enhancements and new rollouts, ensuring flawless integration with business workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and support daily warehouse operations within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Lead and execute cycle counting and physical inventory processes to ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP S/4HANA enhancements, patches, and new implementations.
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements for warehouse management workflows.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, IT) to resolve system issues.
- Train and support warehouse staff on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.
- Generate and analyze inventory and operational performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM/WM/EWM modules highly preferred).
- Proven track record in inventory management, cycle counting, and UAT testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
