Tanggung Jawab
- Secure necessary permits and clearances for fiber optic infrastructure deployment from government agencies
- Process and manage right-of-way access agreements with property owners and stakeholders
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential project challenges and mitigation strategies
- Liaise with local government units and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Maintain detailed records of permits, agreements, and correspondence
- Coordinate with project teams to align SAQ requirements with construction timelines
- Resolve property access disputes through negotiation and stakeholder engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years experience in telecommunications, project coordination, or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of local government regulations in Ilocos Region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local dialects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within the region
