Join FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies, a leader in telecommunications infrastructure, as a Site Acquisition & Qualification (SAQ) Supervisor in Iloilo. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional to lead our site identification, acquisition, and permitting efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of Right of Way (ROW) and ensure the timely acquisition of sites necessary for network expansion in the Western Visayas region. You will be responsible for guiding a team of specialists to navigate complex land acquisition processes and regulatory requirements.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between technical planning and field operations. Your expertise will be crucial in securing the physical assets required to deliver high-quality connectivity services. We are looking for a candidate who combines deep industry knowledge with strong leadership skills to drive projects forward efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Site Acquisition & Qualification (SAQ) process, from site identification to successful handover.
- Manage and negotiate Right of Way (ROW) agreements with landowners, local government units (LGUs), and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary permits, licenses, and zoning clearances.
- Conduct technical and financial feasibility assessments for proposed tower and infrastructure sites.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of SAQ analysts and field personnel to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, legal, and construction teams to ensure site readiness.
- Ensure strict compliance with national and local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, with a focus on Permitting and Site Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Right of Way (ROW) negotiations and permitting processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and field operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Civil/Geodetic) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with local land laws and government procedures in the Philippines.
