- Lead end-to-end development of DSC/TE SATCOM systems for defense applications
- Architect secure satellite communication networks with anti-jamming capabilities
- Collaborate with military clients to define technical requirements and deliverables
- Oversee integration of SATCOM hardware, software, and cryptographic systems
- Manage project lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of system designs
- Ensure compliance with defense communication standards and security protocols
- Research emerging SATCOM technologies and recommend implementation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years experience in satellite communications with 3+ years in lead roles
- Expertise in DSC (Defense Satellite Communications) systems and TE integration
- Deep understanding of military communication protocols (MIL-STD, STANAG)
- Proven project management experience with defense sector projects
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, modulation techniques, and error correction
- Clearance for handling classified defense technology projects
- Certifications in satellite communications or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
