Join ST Engineering as a Satellite Production Material Plan & Procurement Executive and become a key driver in the aerospace and defense industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our satellite production and integration programs by managing material planning, procurement execution, and supplier coordination. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering requirements and supply chain execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials required for satellite assembly are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost. Your work will directly impact the successful delivery of complex satellite systems, ensuring high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive material plans for satellite production and integration programs, aligning with project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to verify Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, RFQ management, and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of critical components and proactively resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent production bottlenecks and overstock situations.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to track program progress and address material availability issues immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, material planning, or supply chain coordination within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement software tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment requiring strict adherence to schedules and quality standards.
