- Oversee daily packing operations and ensure high productivity targets are met.
- Manage cross-departmental communication to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and mentor a team of packers, conducting daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols, quality standards, and packing guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to streamline supply chain processes.
- Handle overall problem resolution and shift management to ensure operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or logistics role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift rotations.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
