Tanggung Jawab
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints and safety standards
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage and ensure proper installation
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate scaffolding timelines
- Comply with Kemnaker/BNSP/Migas safety regulations and company protocols
- Read technical drawings to determine scaffolding requirements
- Maintain clean and organized material storage areas
- Report structural issues or safety hazards to site supervisors
- Train junior staff on safe scaffolding practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional scaffolding experience
- Valid competency certificate (Kemnaker/BNSP/Migas) in scaffolding
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple project sites
- Strong understanding of structural safety principles
- Physical fitness for working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills
- Commitment to maintaining zero-accident work environments
