- Install, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project requirements
- Apply insulation materials to pipes, vessels, and equipment to maintain energy efficiency and safety
- Ensure all scaffolding meets safety regulations and industry standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment used in scaffolding and insulation work
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project timelines are met
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a scaffolding technician and/or insulation installer in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for scaffolding and insulation work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Certification in scaffolding installation and/or insulation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for project completion
