PT Marcopolo Shipyard is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a leading player in the maritime industry, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency in our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities, ensuring that all structures are erected, maintained, and dismantled in strict accordance with safety regulations and engineering standards. You will lead a team of scaffolders, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and direct scaffolding operations to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Supervise and mentor a team of scaffolders, providing technical guidance and conducting daily briefings.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, including OSHA and local Indonesian safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding materials (Tube & Coupler, Ringlock systems) for defects and ensure proper storage.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments on the worksite.
- Manage inventory and logistics for scaffolding equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with project engineers and safety officers to resolve technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within the construction or shipyard industry.
- Valid certification from Kemenaker (Ministry of Manpower) or BNSP.
- Expert knowledge and practical application of Scaffolding systems, specifically Ringlock and Tube & Coupler.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
