We are looking for a highly skilled SCCM Packaging Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our software deployment infrastructure, ensuring that our enterprise environment remains secure, compliant, and highly efficient.
You will be responsible for end-to-end application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting within a complex SCCM environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, troubleshooting deployment issues, and optimizing software delivery pipelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain application packages using SCCM/MECM for enterprise-wide deployment.
- Manage the software deployment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and final production rollout.
- Create and maintain complex scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch) for silent installations and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot failed deployments and resolve complex software compatibility issues on Windows endpoints.
- Perform regular patching and system updates to ensure environment security and compliance.
- Document packaging procedures, standards, and troubleshooting guides for the IT support team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to streamline desktop environment management and automation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SCCM/MECM administration and application packaging (InstallShield, Advanced Installer, or similar).
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Deep understanding of Windows OS architecture, registry management, and file systems.
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments managing Windows 10/11 endpoints.
- Knowledge of MSI/MST creation, App-V, and MSIX technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Microsoft certification (e.g., MS-100, AZ-800) is highly desirable.
