Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver expert advice on fragrance profiles and beauty products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with store visitors to build rapport and identify their specific preferences.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle stock inventory management.
- Participate in promotional events and brand activations to increase store footfall.
- Provide detailed feedback on product popularity and customer trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong interest in perfumes, cosmetics, and the beauty industry.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer/POS systems.
